My Car came in for service on the 02.09.2013 which was serviced and within a week the was a funny noise while driving and it was then reported and I had to bring the car on the 20.09.2013 as it was the only available date, however the call was placed on the 09/10.09.2013, I was advised that they did Diagnostics and the Car needs an oxygen sensor. I advised them to replace as I warranty for the car, unfortunately they did not have a part and I had to collect the car so I can bring it back on Monday the 23.09.013, car was dropped on Monday, Part was replaced which is not even the same size, as I believe they have to be standard, the wire is untidy and too long, none the less the car now cuts, I collected the car it was driving fine on living your premises till I reached London road in Alex, Car started to make the same noise that was reported, I then returned it and it was after 17:30 Management was already gone, Car was left with Security Alfred as it was not drivable, it was cutting and switching off and the noise as not stopping.
Can I please have this checked and auctioned before I take it further, I might be a women and Black, I believe I still deserve the same service as othe
