2 weeks & shipment still awaiting customs inspect

Sorry to say, but DHL is the worst courier/clearing agent I have ever dealt with. Shipment picked up on 31 July 2013, and we still awaiting delivery. Reason for delay - customs inspection. But truly 2 weeks and customs still inspecting, that is ridiculous.
