My shipment was stopped a week ago by customs, no one has contacted me, I have called in 10 15 times in the last 3 days, I finally got threw on day 3 just to the Stops Department, as there call recent apparently cant transfer calls back and forth, their direct lines don't work, and only to find out that my shipment has net even had 1 single document submitted yet after 7 days, the staff are over whelmed they have a total of 3 staff in their biggest problem area Customs stops, should this be your most important area when people cant get their stock, really disappointing, 5 complaints in 1 day on Hello Peter [URL Removed] Really...
