I will never get my incorrectly billed money back

In August 2013, Mercedes commissioned Avis to rent a car to me which Mercedes would pay for while my car was in the service centre. Avis came through and dropped off the rent a car and swiped R750 for the compulsory petrol amount. I was told that if I didnt bring the car back with a full tank of petrol it would be deducted from the R750 to which I agreed. It was day 3 of me having the car when I saw an UNAUTHORISED deduction of R1795.43. I called to find out and they said it was because I had the car for an extra day. I had to re-iterate that this should be billed to Mercedes and that they couldn't just take money out of my account. They apologised and said it would be refunded. A few days later (after i returned the car with a full tank of petrol) I got charged an extra R153.16 for petrol that wasn't in the car! There was a total of R2698.58 deducted from my account. NONE of which has been refunded AND they illegally deducted money from my account TWICE without my permission. I am also worried that the still have my card details! Their site has no Head Office contact details. No one has responded to my numerous emails! I will be taking this to the Ombudsman.
