AVIS SHOULD TRY A LITTLE HARDER!!
I rented a vehicle from AVIS Nelspruit on 25 May 2013. I had to pay a deposit of R750 before the vehicle would be released to me. On return a week later, with a full tank petrol and after inspection with no problems, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
On the contract it stated up to 6 days. The consultant informed me may be up to 14 days but no longer. How long is it now? Are we going to try for a month?
