I Bought a X5 on the 16th SEPT 2013 from Western Car sales in Belville 021-9104426 from Johnny Rossouw for R110 000 cash, I was assured that this vehicle is 100 % as i spend every sent i had on this vehicle. On the 18th Sept 2013 the coolant light warned me, "check coolant level", took the vehicle to BMW workshop, R38000 quotation just to get this X5 roadworthy, coolant bottel leaks, wipers, brakes, balljoints, rack and pinion, handbrake, and so i can go on. I contacted western car sales the same days, that was 7 days since i bought this vehicle, Johnny Rossouw first denied that there is any problems on this vehicle, and then he supplied me with his e-mail adress. I e-mailed the quotation to him, and he stil denied any problems. I contacted WE-DO Roadworthy testing centre 021-8022222 and spoke to Mnr Deon Johnson, he asked me to bring the vehicle to Belville so that he can check this vehicle again, my question is, he passed it in the first place, why would i trust him again. I took the vehicle to Boland Rodworthy centre and they failed the X5 immediatly on 7 point, all the above a mentioned. I spend R110 000 on a vehicle thats not roadworthy, not allowed on the road.
