SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT COULD'NT HAVE PASSED RWC

I purchased a vehicle 03 months ago
When I purchased the vehicle, I informed the sales person of the faults of the vehicle, and received no feedback. Furthermore the locks on the car is also faulty.
the tyre is totally worn...
the spare tyre IS JUST AS BAD. My second gear is not working properly... they TOOK ADVANTAGE BECAUSE I AM A FEMALE!!

The salesperson took the vehicle to be roadworthied, HOW COULD THAT CAR HAVE PASSED THROUGH ROADWORTHY
NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME...
THEY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT CARE THAT I PURCHASED A CAR THAT IS NOT ROADWORTHY, MY SAFETY IS NOT A CONCERN TO THEM... AS LONG AS THEY COULD SELL THE VEHICLE...
