Took my car and still haven't paid for it

I agreed to sell my car to 012 Motors in Centurion, and signed and delivered all the documents. Naively, I handed over the car and the registration details, whilst being assured that they would make payment for it within a few days. Weeks passed. Every time I phoned them, they offered some excuse as to why it hadn't been paid yet, promised to make the payment that same day... and then didn't. And so it went. So, I'm still without cash and without the car, nearly 3 months later.

I have now had to involve lawyers to get my money out of them. But the short of it is: don't trust these guys. Don't sell your car to them. Don't buy one either.
