I came with in an inch of my life when my scooter died in the middel of a busy road. There wasn't even indicators to let the bus behind me know there is a problem! I almost died! And then I phone scooter clinic where she is under warranty and the promis to come and fetch her at R250 charge to me, I waited the whole day missing university and they never even called to say they won't make it! I payed someone R100 to take my scooter there. Now the mechanic is spinning me a story about how it was too much oil that over heated and cracked the head! Every mechanic I know says he is lying for some obvious reasons like she would have smoked incecintly and she never did! She didn't leak onto the drive way either. And the last oil added was 3 weeks ago! He wants me to pay R1200 to have her fixed! She is 5 months old, has gone for 2 services, had an oil tank replacement 2 months ago that was apparently neccisary. Why am I paying R450 a month? Why am I paying extra insurance? Would jonway have cared if that bus hit me tha day, if I died due to faulty mechanics?? Why should I pay! I'm so upset. Jonway headoffice doesn't even give you a number to phone! I nearly died and now I have to pay extra!
