VERY MUCH UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I am not happy at all. i took my car to Toyota Lynnwwod Pretoria on monday morning because the car engine light was on all the times. I was helped by the service guys there, they told me that the car need oxgen sensor because my car is still under warranty, once they have ordered it they will call me to bring my car for repair but it is okay i can use the car as is it wont cause any problems. Wednesday morning the car didn't want to start. I had to leave the car at home go to work. I called lynnwood branch same morning explaining to them what happened then they told me to call Midrand branch to tour the car to them because thy are the closest. As i am wright now, the parts has been arrived at Lynwood branch and the car is in Midrand Branch waiting for the parts, no one want to take responsible for the parts to be taken from Lynnwood Toyota branch to Midrand Toyota Branch, i dont have a car to do all those travelling.
