My prius needed to go in for service as there were dashboard warning lights on. I took it into Toyota Strijodom Park in Johannesburg, been taking my car there for years now. My service representative was a man named Logan.
He called me later that day to say that i needed to replace the hybrid battery and the cost will be around R20 000. He said he will call Toyota SA and see what he can do. Not long after that he called back again to say that Toyota SA have agreed to pay for most of the cost of the battery as a GOODWILL CONTRIBUTION.
I am 8 months pregnant at the moment, and this gift from Toyota is something so amazing.
Thank you Logan for assisting with getting me such a gift, and thank you Toyota, you have gone over and above the extra mile. I cant express my gratitude to you all. Thank you thank you thank you.
