I Ronell Selvaraj purchased a vehicle from Toyota. The condition sold to me was in a very bad state and reflects the vehicle was not done in good faith on behalf of your company, delivery 02.02.13.
Faults listed below
-Interior is very shabby, untidy and filthy.
-There are stone chips on the bonnet and the paint is peeling off as a result.
-The right hand side door rubbers are coming off and i had been advised by a panel beater the car had been in back smash.
-The bumper has been re-sprayed, the colour of the bumper & boot lid are different shades of white & the boot lid sits off with un-even gaps showing. There's still tape stuck on the bumper from the re-spray.
-There are unknown grinding marks on the side windows and a lot of scratches on the front windscreen.
-when you open the drivers side door, there's a long scratch on the bottom sill & the paint is out leaving marks.
Im appalled Toyota would provide such bad service, jeopardises your dealership image and bad reflection of the brand.
After liaising with the salesman Johannes telephonic ally & various emails i was not told about the terrible condition of the car.
I cancelled the deal and returned the vehicle.
