Complete lack of service

Service my car here again never. 5 Days without a car thanks to your own staff not doing their jobs!! Thanks for my courtesy car you promised on I would get on Saturday morning that I never received and no one bothered to call me to let me know what was going on. Had to walk on the weekend just to get mugged at Gunpoint luckily the guy was only interested in my new iPhone. R10500 down the drain all thanks to you and the cost of getting a sim swop done on Sunday!! Again had to walk to a mall!! I phoned multiple times no answer or I was told a manager would call me back no one did and when you did you did on Monday no one had straight answers!!! Got my car back yesterday service was not complete there is still a problem with feedback on the steering wheel. Thanks for the service but no thanks you wont see me again. Extend a motor plan never again, buy a BMW after the service I got doubt it! Let see if someone from BMW SA has the decency to phone probably not will just get put under the carpet. I should demand the money back I paid for my motorplan extension to replace my phone!
