I called Racers Edge to notify them that in July 2013 my husband purchased tail lights for my VW Polo and in fact had a few problems with them since fitment. I complained that the reverse light and indicator stopped working and when I took my vehicle to a VW approved mechanic he advised that the tail lights were meant for a left hand drive vehicle and as such the reverse light would only appear on the right side of the vehicle. Thireshnee, the barbaric, rude and ignorant Manager could not seem to understand what my complaint was about and spoke to me with much disregard and disdain. It is not easy to throw away R600 and I feel compelled to contact the Consumer Protection Board to alert them of this company's disgusting and pathetic service. Should I have been spoken to with respect and in a calm tone I would have at least appreciated that. DO NOT SUPPORT RACERS EDGE
