Terrible/Bad Service

I purchased my Terra Strada 250 on the 5 October 2013 (CASH). Firstly it took the dealer (Rosebank Branch) 2 weeks to register the bike onto my name after they had lost some of the documents I had given them, Yes they did eventually get it registered only after I (not them) had to phone them every day to complain and follow up what was happening. Secondly: The tail light has gone faulty with only 3 LED's out of the whole cluster is working. I was asked to take pictures of proof and email them to Johan along with proof of purchase and Odo reading, for sacks, this bike is only 1 month old!!! Now I am told they have no stock of new tail lights for the bike, where the is the after sales service in this dealership, it is ridiculous and un acceptable. They say they will fix it, hahahaha, what a flipping joke, I want a NEW tail light, the bike is only 1 month old. Johan did say that maybe new stock of spares will be available the end of the month, then he will replace the tail light for me, that I find hard to believe??? I wonder if he will phone me and let me know if the new tail light arrives??? One thing for sure, I will NEVER purchase a Motomia bike again.
