INFERIOR QUALITY PARTS AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE

I had a complaint with the aftermarket LED tail lights that I had purchased from Racer's Edge in Overport, Durban, for my Golf 6 GTI. The part was quite expensive so I was quite concerned about the quality and durability of the product. I was told by the owner of the company that I will have no problems as they have sold thousands of the same item. Now, a few months down the line, whenever the car it rains or I wash my car, water seeps into the tail light and it gets fogged up. When I called the owner, I was greeted with a terrible attitude. She denied having said that the product was guaranteed, and that I was responsible for damaging the tail light by washing the car. "So I am not supposed to wash the car once the aftermarket tail light was fitted". Really! She offered to assistance to me, and hung up the phone.
Why should us, the consumers be subjected to treatment like this. So I say, " DON'T SUPPORT RACERS EDGE". They sell poor quality products and have a bad attitude to avoid being answerable to complaints.
