Please refer to my previous complaint about the several things that was wrong with the Stepway that i got from Woodmead, the "fixes" that was done on the one side, is now also happening on the other side, i did phone Renault Woodmead again, but was refered back to the Sales agent. i did mail Renault but no repsonse as yet in the last hour from Renault. This will be the last time i will buy a Renault or refer anyone to get a Renault. Very poor after sales and very poor quality of a product. Please dont respond with "we have forwareded your query to ... " that is not a way you close a complaint, you will close it by telling me what the resolution is of this problem. Personnally... i want you to pay me back my R167 000.
