I filled up with diesel at 16h11 on 2013/09/30 and the reply from the card machine was "Unsuccessful". So the transaction was done again. This time it went through. But later (about 5 minutes later) I received 2 transaction confirmations after leaving the service station, on my cell phone from Nedbank, that 2 transactions had been confirmed at SASOL Tunney. The amount concerned is for R810.25 that has been put through two times.
Please rectify this as soon as possible to avoid further legal action.
