On Wed 13/11/13, I pulled into the Sasol R28 Krugersdorp garage and requested the petrol attendent by the name of Petrus to fill up unleaded 95 for R500 into my X6 BMW 3.5i drive. Instead, he filled up Diesel. What upset me is that the Manager of the Garage by the name of Riaz Villey - was made aware of this incident, and yet did not even bother to engage with me, instead, he told the attendent to pump more petrol into my vehicle so that it all dilutes. I had to get BMW on call to tow my car to the nearest garage - which the garage paid for. He refused to take accountability for my transport back home that evening as I live some 80km away from the garage, he also refused to take responsibility for the repair of my car which is still to be determined by BMW. The garage is refusing to give me Riaz contact details inorder to discuss the matter. The behaviour and attittude of both staff and Riaz as the Manager in this service station is a total disgrace and against the high standard and great service I have received from Sasol garages over the years. As South Africans we need to take drastic actions to avoid such failure to take responsibility by service prividers. It is unacceptable
