When i bought my car from Audi, i received it without a spare tyre and when i asked why I was told I shouldnt worry about it because i have roadside assistance. Needless to say I went into a pothole and got a puncture. i was not worried because Audi was going to come help. Instead I was told that because I went into a pothole, they cannot come and help me. all they did was annoy me and call me every two seconds. i had to call friend s to bring me their spare tyre. I was worried about driving a car without a spare wheel (by the way, there is no space in the car to put a spare wheel anyways) and I was reassured that Audi Roadside Assist will always be there. they just did not mention that i should make sure i dont hit a pothole. I just want to find out if it is not standard to have a spare wheel when you purchase a car? They didnt even come to see if i was ok (a stranded woman in the middle of the night)
