Spare Key Promised

I purchased my car at Audi Claremont Pre-Owned in November of 2012. At the time of purchase I was promised a spare key. Till today I've been calling Audi and still nothing has happened. No progress reports on my situation. My current key has given me a problem and Audi knows this. I'm disgusted at the service being rendered from such a big company.
