I was unfortunate to be attended to by Piet at pump 7 at about 6 this morning.
I requested Piet to fill up my car with 95 unleaded and he confirmed "full".
Piet then awarded me with 3 quarters of a tank at exactly R400 (it normally costs R600 to fill up an empty tank). When I indicated that I wanted to pay by card I was told to go and pay inside the convenience store. I complained about this as I have always been able to pay without leaving my car. He insisted that I go inside as it is still night shift and that is the way it works.
I joined the queue inside the store where they relied on my honesty to call my pump number. This experience was totally inconvenient and I would rather use another petrol station on my route to work in the future. I would also not recommend this place for disabled people that have difficulty in leaving their vehicle.
