Poor service

On Friday 15 November I had a puncture going to Johannesburg from Durban in by new Chev Orlando. The motor plan support (5 month old car) was very good with help arriving from Escourt in 50 minutes. However, on changing the wheel we found the mag wheel had a hole in it and not just the tyre. A foreign object not only punctured the tyre but damaged the wheel. We had to complete our journey to Jhb and back to Durban without a spare. On the Monday I tried to get a new wheel from Key in Pinetown only to be told there are none in the country for about 2 WEEKS! I requested a steel spare as an interim for safety reasons. NONE AVAILABLE! I am driving a WEEK WITHOUT A SPARE without knowing when the wheels will come and GMSA seems indifferent to my plight. Out of stock of both mag wheel AND spare is unforgivable. I will definitey reconsider buying a GM car in future with this poor support. Now another week end and coming week with no spare and at risk of being stuck at the side of the road.
