Last week Thursday, I visited JSN BMW in Bryanston and viewed a few vehicles. I saw a vehicle which I'd like to buy and I asked Michael the sales consultant to send me all the relevant paperwork, whilst I arrange the same for the balance to be financed. No trade-in or hassle. He sent the offer and pictures andI arranged with the bank for payment. Upon calling him to confirm the sale, he was excited and said he would return my call in five minutes. Half an hour later, he calls with a soppy story that the car was sold to a cash buyer who would take immediate delivery, unknown to him. His colleagues did not inform him... Uh? Ring a bell for heavens sake - even though you all sit in-front of the stock and next-to each other...
On Saturday I hear there is an offer pending and its not confirmed sold??
This is the first time I get such undesirable service. If I was the first to show interest, I am entitled to that car, with that specifications, at that price. Come on JSN! You are not selling sweets... but BMW's.
