I sent my TATA Telcoline bakkie to East Rand Multi Franchise (KIA/TATA/Diatsu) to find the reason why my vehicle battles to start. I asked for a quote to fix the problem per e-mail, but only got a verbal promise, that they know what to replace, to solve the problem. I gave the go ahead to replace what is required. They phoned me back after doing this, saying that the problem has not been solved. Now they want to send the vehicle to desiel experts, that will test the diesel system, which will cost me more money. They account is already sitting at just over R6000, with no difference to the vehicles problem.

If I try to get hold of the maintenance manager, Eugene, he is never available and does not answer his cell phone. The only way to talk to him, is to go their in person. The customer care person, Cathy, has promised to keep me informed of what is happening, but this has not happened once. The vehicle is at their premises for about 8 weeks already.
