BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had to have my battery replaced. I came in and had to sit and wait for 1 hour 30 mins to have battery replaced which I don't think takes that long. The Service Adviser (Matilda) was also looking concerned and kept saying I will my car soon. Ok so eventually the car was ready. I think was about a month later that I stopped at a filling station and the attendant asked if he could check my water and oil, so he asked me to open my bonet and Surprise Surprise it wouldn't open. We tried with no success.

Again me the "LOYAL CUSTOMER" brought my car in for service 3 weeks ago and hoped that everything was ok this time. Now this time my bonet would not CLOSE!!!

I am tired of having to come in to this dealership cause they keep messing up my car. I really don't have time to sit and waste my TIME, PETROL and be away from work for this nonsense!!! I have been sitting here waiting since 08:00 am and no has come to me to let me know what's happening. Its business as usual for them!!!

I AM DEEPLY DISGUSTED!!!
