I walked into the store intending to print 4 pages off a USB flash stick. I informed the lady working there that I would like to print, she enquired whether it is off a flash stick to which I responded in the positive. I asked the cost to print and she told me it is R1 a page.
She then told me to log onto one of the computers to access and print the files I wished and she gave me the user name and password to use.
Once I had selected my files, I patiently sat and waited at the computer for another 7-10minutes while she completed a long telephone call about a package that the caller was trying to locate. I required assistance regarding the printer selection
When she finally ended her call, i enquired about the printer on which to print and I printed my 4 pages. I went to the counter to pay her the R4 and she says, "that'll be R19".
When I questioned her on the price, she said that the time I was using the computer was chargeable!! I was in a rush and did not have time to argue,
I am extremely irked at her nonchalant attitude and the fact that I was not told I would be charged to access my files to print! This is not an industry norm and I would like an answer from Postnet.
