I bought a rear engine mounting for a Honda Ballade and my son was assured that it was the correct component. He took this back to a mechanic in Stanger to have it fitted and was informed that the spare was actually for a CRV. I called Roy at Spares Boyz and he gave me all sorts of excuses regarding this mistake... however, there could be no reimbursement for that. I was forced to send my son back to Durban (approximately 90km from Stanger one way) to have the part exchanged. In the meantime I spoke to Preggy and he said he would get back to me... never did. When I called him he said that this was a chance one takes when buying spares. I had to pay for another trip to Durban and lost a day because it was too late for the mechanic to commence work on my vehicle. Basically, I had to pay for a mistake made by Sparez Boz. I hope I never have to deal with people as arrogant and indifferent as personnel from Sparez Boyz ever again.
