Customer service is important in banking industry

Got to Northgate Branch at 10am this morning and after waiting for almost an hour their systems went offline. I patiently waited and ended up going to other shops for other things I needed.came back and started the line from start which I understood.had to bring a certain document. I got the letter which came via my mobile. I asked a very impatient and rude bank manager for email address to forward it to and she told me it might not even go through then did she give me if its not gonna help.she was in such a hurry to help other clients she said as if I wasn't a client myself when I asked her to repeat the email address for me.she is very rude for working in a customer service environment.
