It's unbelievable how bad the quality and client service is at Hyundai strijdom park. The first time I took my ix35 to strijdom park for it's service, including a brake pad change, a few days later I heard something come loose near the wheel. Upon inspection I found that the bolt holding the calliper on was not tightened and fell off.
I took the car in and was promptly told that "we would see who must pay for the bolt" when I told them how serious the issue was and that they must fix it. The tech apologised, apparently they forgot to tighten the bolts.

The second time I took it for it's service, having not learnt my lesson before, my keys were misplaced when picking up my car. After an hour of waiting and everyone after me having left, I finally got my keys. I had no explanation, no one even bothered to try look for the keys.

A few weeks after it's second service, I cannot start my car. I take it to another Hyundai dealership and then told there was a problem on the valve for the fuel filter, causing an airlock in the diesel system. Wow. Another quality error by Hyundai strijdom park. Inconvenience, uncaring attitude, I will never go back there and will spread the word.
