Could not buy product on shelf

I wanted to buy baby formula, when i got to the till the lady just said she does not have price for it therefor i can not buy it.
This product was baby formula which i drove about 50 km for because i knew this garage had it especially because it was 9:30 at night.
I was totally outraged because how can something so import be on the shelf but i can not buy it.

Really disappointed in shell, me and everyone i know will definitely not support shell anymore
