On 01/07/13 I bought a gearbox for a BMW 120i from Joe's Spares and paid R9.500. After 2 days the mechanic realised that they gave us a wrong one they exchanged it for another wrong one. The 2nd wrong gearbox was taken to Action Gearbox (owned by Vincent Coetzee), who are the expects in gearboxes. He brought to my attention that the capacity of the gearbox is not the right one because of the year mode and he gave me the serial numberfor the gearbox needed to be fitted in my car. I went to Joe's Motor Spared and asked for the when I asked for an exchange they are refusing to give me the right gearbox or a refund me. I suspect that they don't have what I need and they are giving me all kinds of excuses.
All I need is a correct gearbox for my car.
