I recently posted my complaint regarding the service I received from Intertoy Toyota.
I was contacted by Len from Intertoy appologizing to me regarding my feelings about their service. They ordered spares for my vehicle. They also phoned me on a weekly basis to keep me posted on the delivery of the spares.
They called me when the spares were received and the vehicle was booked to have the new spares fitted.
The spares were wear items that are not covered by the motor plan. Intertoy went the extra mile to fix our relationship by supplying and installing the spares free of charge.
