I purchased a Fiat Punto in August, had it 6 days when it was & recovered the following day. It has been sitting at Technostar for nearly 2 months awaiting spares. The spares were ordered 4/9, the strike started 17/9. I have been without transport for all this time, paying an HP & insurance for something I don't have. As you are aware, there is no public transport in SA & neither suppliers have given me a courtesy vehicle & each supplier states it's the other's problem.
Please would some one investigate when, if ever, I can expect to receive the spares as I feel as though I bought a lemon & should not have ever touched a Fiat due to the unavailability of spares, & especially if it takes months to get anything?
