When we arrived at Cape Town Friday night at around midnight to collect our booked car, there was no reservation for us. After providing the tenant (Donavon) with my reservation number we realised that I have accidentally booked the car at O.R. Tambo. There were no cars available at that time. We could not change the booking at that stage. Also he not being a manager could not overwrite the system, so I had a big problem. The tenant then made a great plan, he booked a car for the next month, took the payment and gave me a car. I know that he probably got some flack the next day about it, but I really did appreciate it. Because of this kind of service I will definitely use Budget Rent A Car again!
