I rented a car from or tambo airport over the weekend. I dropped the car off 5 am Monday morning.it is now Friday afternoon and there is no money in my account.the lady that gave me that car at the budget office assured me when I asked that it would take between 24-48 hours to get my money back..and now they telling me it's the banks working hours that I must take into consideration.my debit orders have come off my account and have no money.i have rented cars with other companies numerous times ALL over the world and it has never taken this long.i will never rent from budget again for this very reason.
