I bought a car from the company in March and filled in all the required paperwork. After 2 months I noticed that they were refunding me R570 pm instead of R1600 pm as agreed. On inquiry (Fri, Jun 7 2013) I was notified that the phone consultant recorded me changing the contract to the R570 deal. Firstly the phonelines were so bad that I requested Tebogo phone me back a few times and secondly, I never made these changes as I could not afford the lower deal. I bought the car specifically because I qualify for the higher deal as I drive over 2000km per month.
All the correct details are indicated on the company's website that I use to upload my details. I was informed on Thursday, Jun 20 2013 7:27pm by Kugan Munsami that the recording will be forwarded to me as proof, but up to today, I have received no recordings and no feedback, other than poor excuses to cover their incompetence.
The company representative (Lele Tatane) keeps on promising that someone will phone me, but they never do.
All prospective customers, please beware, as the company's after sale service is extremely poor and it seems the staff extremely incompitant.
