NO AFTER SERVICE AT ALL

On September 9 i purchased a 2007 hyundai atos from the springs branch. I purchased the car cash and i do not owe them a cent, the sales person who was assisting me (Ismail Hassan) told me that the car will be registered in my name and he will deliver the papers to my workplace on friday 14, he failed to do that and did not even call me to inform me anything. on september 18 i sent him an email asking when is he gonna deliver the papers and he said on friday. friday 20th still nothing from him, i have tried getting hold of him on his landline number at work but i was told that he is not at work and no one knows when will he be back at work. this is unacceptable i shouldn't be running after anyone because i do not owe anyone, i cannot be driving around in a car that could still be registered in someones name, i just want my papers or my full refund because this has been dragging for too long.
