Well what they don't tell you upfront is that there is hidden costs - So you would never drive a new car for R599 driving 2000ks per month. -- Lodging a compliant is pointless (helpdesk) no-one contacts you. We have dealt with helpdesk/Kugan Munsami/Barnard Jooste/Riaan Theron/Shelandrey Yates/Lele/Ansie v/d Merwe and Marius Viviers = From Satinsky /Just Group and Bluelakes - in 10 months they still haven't resolved my query and they haven't provided the information on - I have a recording where I have repeatedly asked about the driving of 2000ks and only pay R599 and this was confirmed on tape. I also have a extra pmt made from them that acknowledges that there is a problem - But of course each month the same thing happens short pmts!! they are not addressing this error ---- Be careful before you sign up make sure that all is very clear and recorded and written or else you will have endless financial problems. Barnard Jooste promised to call us back to resolve this problem -- guess what we are still waiting
