We have a contract with Satincky since March this year, and from the start we have problems with the payments from their side. It is a company that you can buy a vehicle from then they re-imburse you for your travelling, but you need to submit monthly photo's. I tried to upload the photo's on 1 Dec, when I logged on into the account I got a message "your account has been cancelled". I've locket a ticket on the portal on 1 Dec but haven't received respond back as yet, I have send 3 mails to 3 different addresses of the company on 1 Dec, but still haven't received feedback. On 4 Dec I've send a mail to Kugan Munsami, Customer Care Manager, but also haven't received any feedback. Since last week I am phoning the Satinsky Switchbord to get hold of Kugan but with no luck, every day. A consultant told me that the account has been cancelled due to defaults. I have proof with previous correspondence that the defaults on the account is not a fault/problem from my side, but actually from their side. I want this sorted out immediately and my contract to be re-instate, hope you will be able to assist me. I have put a message on their fb timeline but they have deleted me from their site.
