I have attempted 5 times using 2 different methods to contact volvo and get a quotation booking to get my vehicle repaired. It has been a week and i have gotten no reply from Aubrey (workshop) and Mike MacPherson (manager). To date i only know the price of the part (s).
They just don't care? This is the second time i have experienced this.
I dont need to expand on this topic. I am simply using this post as my first attempt to advertise their non existent customer service.
