This is for all customers of Sasol that are tired of the bad service that Sasol delivers. They dont care about the the quality of the service the aervice they provide as long as they get our money. You receive no feedback from their Complaints department only promises and they never live up to those promises.
I strongly suggest to all customers of Sasol that if you feel wronged and you are tired of their non responses to boycott there services. That is the only way that we as there customers will be able to show them our dissatisfaction and it also the only way for us to make them improve their service level. Regards
