TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I am driving my second volvo vehicle, both of them bought brand new and all I have to say on the volvo brand is thay it is the worst ever.

The first volvo S60 was bought brand new from Polokwane, it gave problems with only 15 000km on the clock, after back and forth of wrangling Volvo Midrand replaced the engine.

Again, trusting that the first vehicle we bought was an isolated case, we bought a Volvo XC 90, also from Polokwane. With only 5000km on the clock this time around, the same thing happened. Volvo Polokwane has never been able to diagnose and correct the problem, we are now on 40 000km and we are still experiencing the same thing. The vehicle is currently with Volvo Midrand. Volvo Midrand unfortunately is always having to brunt the wrong doings of Volvo Polokwane but unfortunately it is the Volvo brand after all who needs to take responsibility. My vehicle is more in the workshop than me driving it like I should.

I will continue to take Volvo on and intend to go to the consumer complaints South Africa. Volvo will be exposed. I feel totally robbed and violated by Volvo.

This I will take forward.
