I went to Volvo Hatfield on the 18th February 2013, enquiring about the 2013 Volvo V40, and we went on a test drive, he never got back to me on a deal for the car, and frankly I feel that a business as large as Volvo should I've to serve their customers to the full extent! I would not recommend anyone to go to their branch because their service accorfing to me is very very bad! Because to wait a whole week for somebody to reply to you is pathetic!
