BAD BUSINESS CONDUCT

I hired a car on tuesday 2 weeks ago i have not recieved my deposit when i contacted the service provider she requested me to go to my bank and sort it out as she simply emailed me a letter to give to the bank now i have to use my own time and effort to sort it out 2 weeks later when it is not my responsibility to ensure that i receive the funds as i have played my part in ensuring that i made full payment to them thier lack of willingness to sort this out is frustrating as im busy and cannot go to the bank i and have made countless phone calls and even went to the branch and bank previously using my own resources to sort this out and still to no avail im disgusted by level of service and will encourage everyone to stop using first car rentals my invoice is incorrect as well as the money due to me, i want my money immediatley and without effort this delay was not included in the contract and is costing me dearly i want answers since the branch is not making any efforts to deal with this i will definately take further action and also ensure that it is known what kind of rubbish service and false advertising is being used by first cars very inconveniencing
