I took my car for a service in Renault Princess Crossing it was May/June. My car was there for the whole weekend, got my car in monday and drove to work and when came coming back, my car got stark, called renault head office and they towed away my car. those guys told me my oil filter was damaged. I went back the following day to find out was is going to happen to my car, the manager told it was not their fault and they will have to investigate and they will come back to me. He refuse to organise me the courtesy car and said i should find alternative transport. He told me I must live him alone and i must get out of his office. I called head office I spoke to a guy called Pieter and layed my complaint and he spoke to the service manager I was given a Tata Indica as a courtesy car. The car didnt have petrol and my car was sitting in their yard with full tank, he said I must come back the following day and he fill my tank. Came back the following day and he was not there, after the distance I drove from Dairfern to Princess crossing, The security guard told he left and he didnt have a decency to call me.
