Please help me help my Mom

On Sunday, my brother made a payment for the the Sept subs for R500, he then made another payment on Monday for R120 - unfortunately he quoted the incorrect reference number on the payment and the funds have been allocated to someone else's account. I have been on the phone with you guys since tuesday in an effort to sort this out. I have faxed the proof of payments through 3 times only to be told that the proofs should've been emailed - which I have now done ref # 3967045. Please can you sort this out before my Mom puts me up for adoption! For the record, your call centre agents are very friendly, but utterly useless as is your website.
