Shocking service and attitude

I recently changed from Absa too FNB and actually regretting it today. I opened my account at Gateway centre and the service was amazing. I have since stopped working in the centre and now do my banking at the Durban North Branch in Broadway. Was not happy from day 1 but carried on with it. But Today I experienced the shocking service I new had been coming for a long time. FNB team member EUGENE gets my award for the worst service ever in any service delivery industry that I have experienced. Not only do I think this team member is rude, bad service orientated but I also think he is adding great brand damage to the company itself.

GOODLUCK TOO FNB AND EUGENE ON THEIR FUTURE, because with service like this and shocking attitudes like EUGENE they both going nowhere slowely. I would recommend Eugene getting some training from the gateway branch, as he may learn a thing or 2..
