Can't fix a problem?!

I took delivery of my Tata Manza 22 Jan. I drove out of the showroom and the doors locked and unlocked. Each time I pulled off, this happened. I called the dealer (Tata Durban) and was told to bring it in.

I did so the next Monday (I was away before that). No, I had to go to the service centre in Umhlanga for that.
So I went to Tata service in Umhlanga. No, its the alarm system (fitted by Tata Durban), I must go to them.
Back to Tata Durban, then to the fitment centre. After having to negotiate for attention, I was told its the car. The alarm (which I have paid for) was removed and I was told to go back to Tata service. But they were booked up.
At this stage I had lost my sense of humour. Tata Durban offered to collect my car and lend me a car, which they did the next day (yesterday). The loan car's fuel light came on after a short trip. My car could not be repaired that day because the replacement actuator had to be requested via warranty.
The car was returned late Wednesday - with exactly the same problem as before. Two trips to town, one to Umhlanga, two days with Tata, and the problem is still there.

Two complaints on their website are unanswered.
