Bought 2013 ford doublecab from ford ballito - had to wait almost 5 months for a simple sticker to be put on the back which was one of conditions of sale - when tanja came to put it on she was rude abusive and poked me with her finger - then got her brother to phone me in pm to cause more trouble - ivan of ford bascially did nothing to show us ford was sorry for the actions of their employee and we were brushed off - we will not buy our kuga from ford ballito or service our vehicles there - once u buy a vehicle they don't care about u - also their staff gave out a clients number (us) to a family member - unacceptable!
